Description :
This transfer set comprises of a plastic needle for reconstitution from a semi-rigid bottle a drug vial with a diameter of 22mm.

Transfer Cap YTRANSY Use
1–Position the antiseptic transfer YTRANSY cap between the rigid bottle and the vial of powder. Clean both lids with antiseptic.
The needle should be positioned vertically.
2–Simultaneously press down on the powder vial and push up the semi-rigid bottle.
This will pass the powder into the semi-rigid bottle.
3–Turn the semi-rigid into a downward position and squeeze, filling around 2/3 of the vial.
Don’t not completely fill the bottle in one go in order to avoid sudden pressure.
4–Shake together ( the vial and the semi-rigid bottle) to dissolve the powder.
5–Turn the semi rigid bottle & vial as in position 1, and repeatedly squeezing the semi-rigid bottle to get air into the bottle and to release the pressure in order for the product to be dissolved in the semi-rigid bottle by suction.
Do not squeeze the semi-rigid bottle too hard as this will draw the solution in one go.
6–If necessary repeat the above steps in order to completely dissolve the powder in the rigid bottle.
7-Gently remove the whole (transfer device + bottle of powder) from the injection site, from the semi-rigid vial ( the vial of powder should be at the top).

DISCARD ALL BOTTLES / TRANSFER CAPS IN A CONTAINER FOR SHARP OBJETCS.
